Farmer First
Every decision we make starts with one question: does this help farmers thrive?
About Us
Maizey is an agri-based organization on a mission to improve the lives and livelihoods of smallholder farmers.
Our Story
Maizey began in 2025 when a small group of maize farmers came together to solve a shared problem: low yields, unfair prices, and no support network. What started as a neighborhood initiative has grown into an organization serving farming communities across the region.
Today we train thousands of farmers each year, supply certified inputs, and connect harvests to fair markets — but our approach remains the same: listen to farmers first, and build practical solutions together.
Our Values
These principles shape every program, partnership, and decision at Maizey.
Every decision we make starts with one question: does this help farmers thrive?
We never compromise on the quality of what we deliver.
We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
We challenge the way things are and build better ways forward.
We take responsibility for our word, and deliver results.
To empower smallholder farmers with the training, inputs, and market access they need to increase yields, grow their incomes, and build resilient communities.
A future where every farmer earns a dignified living from their land, and thriving rural communities feed generations to come.
Our Team
A close-knit team of agronomists, operators, and advisors working alongside farmers every season.
